At The Table / TMP: Track, Move, Patience

Last updated: March 2026

About the trader

TMP is operated by Will de Korte, trading as At The Table, through the Substack publication at willemdekorte.substack.com. At The Table is based in Dublin, Ireland. You can contact me by replying to any At The Table email, which comes directly to me.

What you are purchasing

When you subscribe to At The Table as a paid member, you are purchasing access to the TMP 12 Week Programme, a digital service delivered through the Substack platform.

The programme includes:

  • One core lesson per week, published as a paid Substack post (twelve lessons in total across twelve weeks)

  • One practical action per week

  • One weekly check-in prompt

  • Access to comments and community discussion on each lesson

  • My active participation in the comments during the programme

The programme is delivered on a fixed weekly schedule beginning on the published start date for each cohort. Paid subscribers receive access to all programme content for as long as their subscription remains active.

The current founding cohort price is €10 per month. This price may change for future cohorts, but any change will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing subscribers during an active programme cohort.

What TMP is

TMP is an educational and behavioural support programme. It is designed to help people understand how weight loss works in practice and to build sustainable habits around tracking, movement, and patience.

The programme is informed by personal lived experience. It is not a clinical service.

What TMP is not

TMP is not medical treatment, medical advice, nutritional therapy, dietetic advice, personal training, psychotherapy, or counselling.

I am not a doctor, dietician, nutritionist, registered fitness professional, or therapist. I do not hold clinical qualifications in any of these fields. Nothing in the programme, any associated coaching, the writing on At The Table, or any communication from me should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

Your health is your responsibility

If you have existing medical conditions, are taking medication (including but not limited to GLP-1 receptor agonist drugs such as Mounjaro, Wegovy, or Ozempic), are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating, please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise habits.

If at any point during the programme you experience symptoms that concern you, please seek medical attention. Do not rely on TMP content as a substitute for clinical guidance.

Results

Weight loss results vary from person to person and depend on a wide range of factors including metabolism, medical conditions, medication, adherence, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and individual circumstances.

No specific weight loss outcome is promised or guaranteed by TMP, by me, or by any content published on At The Table. Any examples, numbers, or personal results I share are my own experience and should not be taken as an indication of what any other person will achieve.

Your right to cancel

You have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of subscribing, in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

To cancel within this 14 day period, you can either cancel your subscription through your Substack account settings or contact me directly by replying to any At The Table email. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund.

After the 14 day cooling off period, you may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Substack’s standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

If you are unhappy with the programme at any point, I would encourage you to contact me directly so I can understand what is not working and try to address it.

Conformity with the contract

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the digital service you receive must conform with what is described in these terms and in the programme description at the point of purchase.

If the programme does not match what was described, for example if lessons are not published on the stated schedule without reasonable explanation, or if the content delivered is materially different from what was described, you have the right to have the issue resolved. I will address any such issue promptly and without charge.

If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to a proportionate reduction in price or to end the contract, in accordance with the Act.

Changes to the programme

I may make minor adjustments to programme content during delivery, for example by adapting a lesson topic based on participant feedback or check-in responses. This is part of the live, responsive nature of the programme and is intended to improve the experience.

If I need to make a significant change that materially alters what you signed up for, I will notify you in writing in advance. You will have 30 days from the date of notification to cancel your subscription free of charge if you do not wish to continue under the changed terms.

Coaching

One to one coaching, where offered, is a separate behavioural accountability and guidance service. It is delivered via video call and written communication. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment.

Coaching requires a minimum commitment of three months. The terms of each coaching engagement, including pricing, session frequency, and cancellation terms, will be communicated clearly in writing before any coaching relationship begins.

If during coaching it becomes apparent that a client’s situation requires support beyond the scope of what TMP can offer, I will recommend they consult an appropriate qualified professional.

Payments

Programme access is provided through Substack’s paid subscription system. Payments are processed by Substack and Stripe. I do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Platform dependency

TMP is delivered entirely through Substack, a third party platform that I do not own, operate, or control. While I have no reason to believe Substack will experience significant disruption, I cannot guarantee the availability, functionality, or continuity of the Substack platform.

If Substack experiences downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions that affect your ability to access programme content, this is outside my control and I cannot be held liable for it. I will make reasonable efforts to communicate any known disruptions and, where possible, to provide alternative access to programme content.

In the unlikely event that Substack ceases to operate or materially changes its service in a way that prevents me from delivering the programme, I will make every reasonable effort to complete delivery of the programme through an alternative platform or format, or to offer a proportionate refund for any undelivered content.

Privacy

Your personal information, including your email address, any data shared through check-in forms, and any private messages or replies, is treated as confidential. I will not share your personal information with third parties.

If you provide feedback, reflections, or testimonials that I would like to share publicly, I will always ask your permission first. You can choose to be identified by first name, by initials, or to remain fully anonymous. You can withdraw permission at any time.

Check-in form responses are collected through Google Forms and stored securely. They are used solely to support the programme and improve future content.

Intellectual property

All content published on At The Table and within the TMP programme, including lessons, articles, frameworks, and supporting materials, is my original work and is protected by copyright. Programme content is for your personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without my written permission.

Limitation of liability

TMP is provided in good faith as an educational and behavioural support service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you in connection with the programme or any coaching service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the service in question.

I do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in the programme, coaching, or your use of any information published on At The Table.

By subscribing to the paid tier of At The Table and participating in the TMP programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the programme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, about the programme, or about coaching, you can reach me by replying to any At The Table email. Replies come directly to me and are not visible to anyone else.
